Our clients, are a large rail organisation, are looking to recruit a Construction Manager at their offices in Central London. You will plan and deliver the construction and handover of a station to meet safety, quality, cost and schedule performance targets. To develop and lead a multi-disciplinary site team.

Essential
Extensive knowledge and experience in a Construction Management role
Experience managing subcontractors
Desirable
MICE or CIOB or RICS
Knowledge of rail industry (LUL preferred)
Working knowledge of CDM
H&S Experience
H&S Certification or Passport
