Our client, a large rail organisation, are looking to recruit a Cost and Planner to their offices based in Watford.
Your responsibilities will include:
� Work on a client site, within a Team, and provide a range of Cost and Planning duties from project inception through to completion.
� Develop and implement project control processes for both client and contractor organisations under a variety of contracting frameworks
� Have a sound working knowledge of sustainability issues, life cycle costing and risk and value management
� Either lead a Team or assist in its management.

Essential experience:
1. Cost and Planner experience in major capital programmes of work, preferably from within a Utilities, Industrial, Transport, communication or Defence background.
2. Ideally, experience of working on a client site whilst professionally representing your organisation
3. Qualifications within a relevant area, accompanied by experience within the industry
4. A willingness to continue to develop your career through our structured training programme.
5. Great interpersonal skills, an ability to communicate effectively (both internally and with Clients), and a willingness and determination to progress your career quickly.
