Our client is looking to recruit a Principle Quantity Surveyor to their offices in Birmingham. You shall assist the Team Leader in business management, sales and the running of a cost consultancy team and subsequent achievement of project and business goals.

Typical duties:
1. Preparation of standard documentation
2. Preparation of tender documents as required by procurement choice (including Bills of Quantities)
3. Examine and analyse tenders and prepare tender reports at all stages of procurement
4. Prepare valuations and financial statements; re-measure as necessary and adjust variations

Experience
1. BSc in Quantity Surveying or similar level degree
2. Chartered
3. Previous quantity surveying experience in civil sectors
4. Flexible with travel
5. Willing to go through the governments security process and gain a suitable level of clearance
6. Technical awareness and able to work with some support to deliver all pre and post contract service delivery.
7. Good IT skills
